Where can I find a pizza parlor where the chef actually tosses the dough for customers to watch?

My wife is fascinated by the current commercial running on television with the pizza chef putting on a show tossing the dough. We live in the San Fernando Valley in California and I would like to take her to a place where she could watch something like this. Any suggestions?

bigbaddave2001, I found a nice list of California pizza restrants. I bet someone in your hometown can help assist you. Just call one of the California pizza joints or drop by one day when you have some free time and try talking to someone who can help. Fidel Z
