Delivery guy hands over pizza. Recipient runs back into apt complex without paying.
Okay basically the police found out and I already paid back the people. The only problem now is dealing with the University Judaical system. It wasn’t an apt complex it was a dorm building.

well, theft is theft. Taking something without paying for it. Probably they have your phone number of the number you called from, description of the taker of the pizza, as well as a name used. Possibly the apartment number even, or atleast apartment complex. You will be found out, and I’m sure 20 bucks isn’t worth 600+ in fines and court costs for a free pizza. Just order it, pay for it and call back telling them it was wrong, etc. You get free ones that way. Not stealing them. james m

Each state defines their crimes differently, and each school has their own disciplinary system. I would thing that at a minimum one would be expelled from school and be prosecuted for petty larceny. At a maximum, it could be seen as robbery in some states. In that case, in addition to expulsion, one could expect a prison sentence of a few years. laughter_every_day
