What is the best thing to do at this pizza party?

My choir is having a pizza party tomorrow. They are bringing pizza into class. I am trying to be healthy, and thanksgiving is this week, so I’m trying to eat well. I don’t plan on bringin money tomorrow, but I’m scared people will bug me or, I’ll feel awkward not eating pizza like everyone else. I am a recovered anorexic, and I have really bad anxiety about these kinds of things.

Skipping is not an option either.

    Yeah i feel like people will bug you. Cant you just bring money, pay, and get ONE slice of pizza, and act like your eating it?? just have it in front of you, take 1 or 2 bites, play with it a little, rip it up, etc..

    The key is to eat in moderation and not stuff yourself with what you eat.You can try to rid the extra grease in the pizza with a napkin.I also like to enjoy my pizza with vegetables and trust me Im not into pizza neither, so just try to make the best of the situation. quito718
