I want to know how to make my own pizza lunchables. The cheese is pretty obvious, what would be the best sauce to purchase or make and how do you make the little crusts they have?

Okay, I’m making my own pizza and I want to put pineapple on it. I’ve done it before but the middle of the pizza always comes out soggy! Does anyone know any solutions?

I am trying to make NY style pizza at home (in hopes of perfecting a formula so that I can eventually open my own pizza shop). I have the ingredients down pretty well and the taste is there, but I can’t seem to find a way to get the crust to be crunchy on but not have the cheese get burned.

I am using a pizza stone and have the oven set to 500 degrees. I am cooking the pizza for 8 mins.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
