Can I use bleach on aluminum pizza pans?

I have two aluminum pizza pans that had some spots of mildew/bacteria on them when they were pulled out of storage. I tried to wash/scrub them in scalding hot water with an anti-bacterial dishdetergent, however within an hour the spots were back.
I have friends who say I should try using Bleach, but I don’t know….Yes, I have other pizza pans, but I would like to salvage these as the style can’t be found in stores anymore.
