How much pizza can I eat without hurting my diet?

I have to attend a little kids birthday party tomorrow and its at a pizza place. How much Pizza can i eat and have it not hurt my diet. the slices are small. and its probably going to be cheese or pepperoni. Thank you for your help.
The pizza will be about 14′ and the slices are cut small so like a slice would equal two normal. I’m on a low fat diet have to stay under 1500. And i work out as well.

    1 normal sized slice of pizza = 250 calories, 2= 500, 3= 750. Miyuki

    it depends on what type of diet you have. a few slices won’t hurt. but it will mess up your thinking and it will make you want to eat more food like pizza, fast food, etc. but if you have a strong mind set on your diet i think you will be fine. just eat as much as you think is necessary *KC*

    depends on what pizza you get, like a pizza shop i work for just an individual 6″ cheese pizza has like 600 calories and a bunch of grams of fat, so a 14″ pizza would be… wow. a lot, so just a piece is 150 calories and our pizza is healthier than other pizza places so it would be best not to eat pizza, even if they say veggie or anything Nate

    Just watch yourself. Pizza is pretty bad for you because of the grease and the bad combo of dairy, bread, and meat. So, either just get a salad if possible (again, avoid bread, cheese, or meat combo’s), or just eat a couple pieces, or don’t eat at all, or bring something to snack on. Good healthy snacks include almonds, string cheese, crackers (low sodium, and made w/o hydrogenated/partially hydrogenated oils).

    Have a little fun and have a slice or two. Just workout later to make it up! But make sure you tell your self how much your going to have before you actually eat it becuase after the first bite your in for the treat and its up to YOU to tell yourself to stop and have control. I always say just resist the first bite and the craving willl eventually go away. But i also say its good to give yourself a break every once and a while too. So keep up your diet and dont let these slices of pizza begin your downfall! hope that helps! rratwood

    I would eat 2 slices of pizza that sounds about right. It will not make you break your diet. Sometimes you need to enjoy things and pizza is one thing that you should enjoy. If you feel guilty about it later go run for 15 minutes. Alex Johnson
