This is more like “cheesy rolls,” but they still have all the pizza flavor and you only need the rolls, mozzarella and Prego sauce!

    Heat oven to 375°F.

Separate dough into 8 triangles; pat out each triangle slightly.

Top each with about 1 tablespoon cheese.

Roll up, starting at shortest side of triangle and roll to the point. Place rolls, point side down, on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm with heated sauce for dipping. Polina

    DEEP DISH PIZZA

1 (8 oz.) crescent rolls or biscuit dough
    1 lb. zucchini
    1 onion, med.
    3 tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. fresh parsley, minced
    2 eggs, beaten
3/4 jar Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce
1 c. grated Mozzarella or cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. hamburger or sausage
    1/4 lb. pepperoni, thin sliced

Saute zucchini and onion in oil. Add spices. Press dough into a deep, ungreased, Pyrex 9 inch pie pan or casserole dish. Press dough up the sides to form a deep crust. Spread on, evenly, zucchini and spice mixture. Pour on beaten egg. (Continued.)
Bake for 15 minutes at 325 degrees, then pour on pizza sauce and cheese. Brown hamburger or sausage and sprinkle meat over the top of pizza. Sprinkle with more cheese. Bake another 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Serves 4.

Have you looked at the Pillsbury web site for recipes? That is what I would do first. Would think you would make it just as you would with any other canned biscuit. Spread dough and put on toppings. Seems very simple. Use temp on package and might want to add a small amount of time for all the extra ingredients. Use what spices you enjoy or toppings. Sugs

Its actually pretty simple and good too. Just open the crescent rolls and separate them, but don’t roll them out. Put them on a cookie sheet or pizza pan, whatever you have, and press them down to seal any holes. Put this in the oven at 375 and bake for half the time it says on the package. Take out the pan and pour your sauce over top and put your cheese and whatever other toppings you want on top. Put back in the oven and bake until the crust is light brown and cheese is melted. That’s it….no need to roll them or put zucchini on. :) MiZmeL
