You could try this…
1. Bake the dough as you would for a normal pizza, by rolling it out until it’s a flat round/rectangle (it doesn’t really matter what shape), place it on a prepared baking sheet and bake at 350degrees for 20-25minutes.
2. When it’s golden brown, and slightly crispy, remove the dough from the oven.
3. Cut the bread into crouton sized chunks and toss the bread pieces in a bowl with some olive oil, salt, pepper, basil, minced garlic/garlic powder, Parmesan cheese and whatever other spice you really like.
4. Take the seasoned bread cubes and spread them out evenly on a baking sheet. Bake at 350degrees until they become dry, toasty and crispy. silverrock
I make mine using a roll dough recipe in the bread machine with plenty of italian herbs. Roll dough out when taken from bread machine, roll out, placing on a pizza pan, brush with olive oil, then bake at 450 degrees for about 15 or 20 minutes. You can cut it with an electric knife or break it up. Freeze what you don’t use. Recipe is as follows, in to bread machine, 1 cup + 2 Tbs.water, 3 cups bread flour, 1/3 cup shredded cheese, 2 Tbs. sugar, 1 1/2 teas. garlic powder, 1 teas. salt, 1 teas. oregano, and 1 3/4
teas.bread machine yeast. {not cake yeast}. I use this recipe a lot but probably put more herbs in mine to spice it up, good luck, hope this helps,
