I’ve got a question here. How does a pizza business such as Pizza Hut, Dominos, etc prevent losses that occurs through prank fake orders or giving fake addresses? Also, what are some of the measure that they take or implement to prevent such issues?
This question could also possibly apply to other businesses that provide customer the ability to order a product through phone.
